Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Annual Revenue Plans: Create and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage Commercial Investments and Promotional Tools: Oversee the development and execution of commercial investment plans, including promotional tools and marketing initiatives.
- Detect New Opportunities through Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Oversee External Business Partners and Amazon Canada (3P): Manage relationships with external business partners, including Amazon Canada, to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue potential.
- Conduct Monthly Performance Reviews: Regularly review sales performance and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Analyze Available Sales Data (Sell-in and Sell-out): Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to inform business decisions and optimize commercial strategies.
- Create Trade Tools and Provide Forecasts: Develop and maintain trade tools, including forecasts, to support business operations and decision-making.
- Work with Supply Chain to Optimize Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management and ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with more than 5 years of related experience within the OTC, Natural Health, or CPG environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial operations, business development, and marketing principles.
