Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager - Grocery is a key role within Dandurand Group, responsible for driving sales operations and building relationships with grocery accounts. This position requires a strong understanding of the grocery channel and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with store managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to each grocery account as scheduled to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Create and maintain a professional working relationship with every grocery account, including pitching and securing floor displays on focus brands.
  • Communicate rotation and dating concerns with store managers and place orders for new inventory based on historical patterns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1 year of training or experience in a sales background.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with store managers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the grocery channel and sales operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
