The Impact You'll Make

As the Senior Product Manager for Fulfillment, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer pickup & delivery experience, enhancing the colleague in-store experience, and designing cutting-edge online grocery (PC Express) fulfillment products and services.

You'll drive product strategy and definition, collaborating closely with engineering teams to develop and launch innovative features. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring a world-class customer experience throughout the entire order fulfillment process.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for our Online Grocery - Fulfillment product, ensuring seamless order handling from start to finish, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs, customer journeys, competition, technology, and team dynamics. Create a product roadmap aligned with internal business strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop and launch innovative features.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the fulfillment process, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
