Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier Supervisor to join our team at THE CURRENCY EXCHANGE HOUSE LIMITED. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, authorize payments, and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-44 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a high level of productivity while providing excellent customer service.
