Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory turnover, and implementing inventory control measures.
  • Cash Handling and Security
    • Manage cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and security of all financial transactions.
    • Implement and maintain a secure and organized cash handling process.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment.
