Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records.
  • Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Manage cash and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
  • Retail service establishment experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
