About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Two Forks Incorporated. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
