Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Two Forks Incorporated. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
  • Prepare and present food order summaries to the chef, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that food is presented to the highest standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Physical demands of the job include standing for extended periods and working in a physically demanding environment
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
