Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Two Forks Incorporated is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food to customers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
