Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Two Forks Incorporated. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food to customers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring excellent customer service.
