As a Regional Banking Relationship Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting the achievement of sales, service, and operational objectives across our Banking Centers.

  • Address customer inquiries with precision and promptness
  • Assess client requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions
  • Conduct standard teller operations efficiently
  • Execute sales and customer retention initiatives
  • Meet or surpass personal and collective performance targets
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and bank protocols
  • Guide and mentor fellow banking specialists
  • Foster strong connections with teams across banking centers
  • Travel to various banking locations within the designated regions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is advantageous
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer sales/service, with a preference for 1-2 years in a supervisory role
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in cash handling and customer service
  • Comprehensive understanding of all banking products and services
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service capabilities
  • Ability to adjust to evolving business requirements
