Senior Banking Relationship Manager

At Webster Bank, we're committed to putting people first and helping individuals, families, businesses, and our colleagues achieve their financial goals. As a Senior Banking Relationship Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, service, and operational excellence in our Banking Center.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Banking Center Manager in achieving sales, customer service, P&L management, operations, and employee development goals.
- Take ownership of the Banking Center in the Manager's absence, ensuring exceptional client experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales, service, and operations targets.
- Process routine banking transactions accurately, prepare client applications, and build strong relationships with customers.
- Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, as well as bank policies and procedures.
- High School diploma or GED required; college preferred.
- 3-5 years customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of all products and services.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork.
