About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Broker to join our Private Client Group as a High-Net-Worth Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with an assigned Account Associate to retain and grow existing client portfolios.
  • Proactively research and analyze client coverage trends to identify areas of risk and opportunities for growth.
  • Act as a liaison for any unresolved client premium issues.
  • Develop and implement account business plans and forecasts to drive business growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and centers of influence in the Private Client space.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the assigned Account Associate.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance client service and business efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Insurance Broker Ontario (RIBO) License.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance, with knowledge of diverse insurance policies and emerging insurance trends.
  • Experience in High-Net-Worth or VIP is an asset.
  • Established industry network and center of influence.
  • Solid organizational, time management, and client management skills.
  • Team player with leadership coaching abilities.
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Robust initiative and efficient follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with Epic or equivalent insurance broker management system.
