Position Overview

Aramark is seeking a skilled Retail Food Services Manager to oversee our Multi-Unit Food Service operations. This role involves managing various food service outlets, including popular fast-food brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of retail food services, ensuring adherence to brand standards
  • Lead a team of both part-time and full-time staff in efficient service delivery
  • Manage the opening, operating, and closing procedures of food service locations
  • Coordinate employee schedules and manage attendance and leave requests
  • Handle inventory management, financial reporting, and cash handling
  • Step in to support team members during absences as needed
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Food and Beverage management is essential
  • Experience in managing fast-food franchise operations is preferred
  • Proficient in inventory management and ordering processes
  • Strong staff management skills, including training and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication skills to foster positive employee and client relationships
  • Willingness to assist in unit operations as needed
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
  • Understanding of Food Safety and Sanitation practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
