We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Vice President to lead our e-commerce and visual presentation efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute 360° Brand Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand stories and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Lead Omnichannel Experience: Oversee the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies, including e-commerce, social media, and in-store experiences, to create a seamless and cohesive customer journey.
  • Drive E-commerce Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive e-commerce growth, including online marketing, digital analytics, and customer experience optimization.
  • Lead Marketing Team: Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on consumer brands
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and e-commerce
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
