Senior Vice President, Brand Marketing

At Reitmans, we're passionate about empowering our customers to put their best foot forward. As our Senior Vice President, Brand Marketing, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand vision and strategies to drive growth and profitability across our Omni-channel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive 360 brand strategy and marketing execution, leveraging consumer insights to create compelling brand narratives and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft the marketing roadmap, ensuring a fully Omni-channel approach to the consumer experience.
  • Develop and leverage customer insights and intelligence to predict customer behavior and inform marketing strategies.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience through strategic brand vision and execution.
  • Guide and develop a creative and talented marketing team towards customer centricity and business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, or related field; MBA is an asset.
  • 15+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing, with 7+ years of professional advancement in executive leadership roles.
  • Passion for building brands, creating lasting customer relationships, and mentoring teams.
  • Strong Omni-channel marketing background with ability to recognize great storytelling and deliver cross-channel experiences.
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate data environments and client relationship management tools.
  • Excellent bilingual oral and written communication skills.
