Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at Tulsa Winch Group. This role will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits administration, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.
  • Administer benefits programs, including pension, insurance, and mandatory deductions.
  • Maintain payroll-specific records, including changes in wage/salary rates, new hires, terminations, and leave of absence.
  • Process ROEs and year-end company T4 and T4A slips.
  • Manage time and attendance reports and distribute as required to supervisors and managers.
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, and other related tasks.
  • Maintain employee records for systems such as payroll, HRIS, and ERP.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employees' personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Ceridian Powerpay payroll and Dayforce workforce management software, Microsoft Office, and other related programs.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Characteristics
  • Strong history of applying continuous improvement concepts and tools.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a climate-controlled office environment and may be required to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing shop.
