Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at Tulsa Winch Group. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits administration, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.
  • Administer benefits programs, including pension, insurance, and mandatory deductions.
  • Maintain payroll-specific records, time and attendance reports, and employee records.
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure accurate processing of new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.
  • Generate standard reports and submit monthly reports as directed.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources department.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Ceridian Powerpay payroll and Dayforce workforce management software.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and other related programs.
  • Strong history of applying continuous improvement concepts and tools.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing shop and climate-controlled office environment. May be exposed to loud operating machinery and cold or hot temperatures.
