Job Title: Clinical Procurement Specialist

At Innovaderm, we are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Clinical Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Vendor Management Office, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and qualifying suppliers and vendors to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform vendor annual risk assessments and market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing for services and/or supplies.
  • Monitor and adapt to changing global and economic conditions to maximize the value of vendor partnerships.
  • Collaborate with all Vendor Management Office team members to support robust service and quality outputs of Innovaderm vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum + years of progressive experience in a Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or CRO industry with experience in contracting, procurement, and supply chain management.
  • APICS, CSCMP, PMP certifications or equivalent are considered assets.
  • Expertise in the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process, including RFI, RFP, contract negotiation, and management.
