About the Role

Sectra Canada is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough workflow analysis to understand customer needs and intricacies.
  2. Plan and schedule training activities for customers during deployment projects.
  3. Provide workflow support to customers during acceptance testing.
  4. Organize and provide on-site application support during go-live activities.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs for customers in one-on-one and classroom settings.
  6. Provide remote support for applications in collaboration with our customer support team.
  7. Represent Sectra and our products in a positive, professional, and cohesive manner.
  8. Ensure customers have the necessary knowledge to efficiently use our products.
  9. Handle application-related support tickets.
  10. Act as an internal champion for Sectra applications to mentor customers and peers.
Requirements
  1. Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  2. A master's, bachelor's, or equivalent degree with a strong academic performance.
  3. Prior experience as a Clinical Application Specialist and/or Radiology Technologist.
  4. A passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  5. The ability to teach complex concepts and create engaging training materials.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
