Job Title: Clinical Research Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Training Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Research Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and coordinating training programs for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clinical research staff
  • Coordinate training events and activities
  • Review and evaluate training materials and programs
  • Provide support for external and internal audits and client requests
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and training programs
Requirements:
  • Operational and learning and development experience in at least one of the following areas: data management, learning and development, project management, software/business systems training
  • Prior experience conducting presentations or facilitating training in English
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently on global networked computers using current software applications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required
