About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team at Raj Dhillon Law Corporation Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining filing systems
  • Support the integration of newcomers and refugees, including facilitating access to community resources and language training
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
