Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team at TRAPPED. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of our systems and services.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users.
  • Set up and configure computer equipment, including operating systems and software.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations for our web servers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our users.
  • Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Private sector work setting.
