About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Olds HealthCare Fundraising Committee c/o WHF. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our project team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Project Coordination
    • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
    • Provide excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure clear and concise information exchange.
  • Organizational and Time Management
    • Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
    • Develop and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Work Environment
    • Hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
