About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at INFOMASTER TECH. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
