Nurse Care Specialist

Casa Mia Care Ltd is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor patients' conditions and advise physicians of any changes or concerns
- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Supervise and mentor licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a nursing home or home for the aged setting
- CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities
