Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Care Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Care Services Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, franchise partners, and caregivers. Your primary duties will include answering inbound calls, scheduling and booking caregiver visits, and responding to requests for service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all inbound calls in a timely fashion (minimum 35 calls per day)
  • Schedule and book caregiver visits
  • Respond to franchise partners' and clients' requests for service
  • Respond to caregivers' questions regarding schedules and job details
  • Update clients and key contacts

Requirements:

  • Deliver superior customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work full-time on days, evenings, and weekends
