Job Summary:

As an IT Site Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's mission to help people live better, healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Site Leadership to understand business strategy and challenges to proactively recommend IT solutions
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to optimize consistent support models and standardized services
  • Develop and implement the site IT strategy and roadmap in coordination with the overall IT strategy
  • Deliver strategic initiatives requiring IT solutions in partnership with business and IT leaders
  • Work with Operational Technologies (Lab systems and Automation team) for project priority, standards, and support responsibilities
  • Ensure daily site support and projects are planned, tracked, and completed (budget, resources, schedule); risks identified and mitigated
  • Escalate local IT site issues to ensure effective and timely resolution
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for IT services with the site are in alignment with IT Central standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and/or Management Information Systems, required
  • 5+ years of relevant and progressive IT support leading at least 3+ IT subordinates
  • Demonstrated ITIL expertise is required; ITIL certification is a plus
  • Experience with ITSM tools (i.e. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.); including CMDB
  • Experience with IT management tools preferred: ServiceNow, SolarWinds, InTune, AutoPilot, etc.
  • Ability and willingness to provide 'on-call' and/or after-hours services as requested
  • Travel up to 10% (domestic)
  • Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
