IT Site Lead

This is a full-time salaried role: Monday – Friday, 1st shift.

The Windsor, Ontario facility of Catalent provides softgel development and manufacturing services for the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health sectors. We offer a comprehensive array of integrated formulation, manufacturing, analytical, and packaging services, delivering complete turnkey solutions.

The IT Site Lead - Windsor, Ontario, based in Windsor, Ontario, reports to the Regional Manager of IT Service Delivery, North America West. This role is responsible for the overall IT Support and local IT enablement primarily for the Windsor facility, with additional oversight for the Wright St and Adair Blvd locations in Strathroy, Ontario. The IT Site Lead will develop the site IT strategy in alignment with Catalent's global standards and PCH business unit-specific solutions. This position will directly assist end-users and collaborate with site leaders to ensure IT is providing the expected service levels to support site operations while also contributing to the planning of a roadmap for site digital advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Site Leadership to identify strategic and operational challenges, proactively suggesting IT solutions Partner with both global and local teams to enhance consistent support models and standardized services Assist in formulating the site IT Strategy & Roadmap in conjunction with the overall IT Strategy Work alongside business and IT leaders to implement strategic initiatives that require IT solutions Coordinate with Operational Technologies (Lab systems and Automation team) regarding project priorities, standards, and support responsibilities Ensure daily site support and projects are planned, monitored, and completed (budget, resources, schedule); identify and mitigate risks Escalate local IT site issues to guarantee effective and timely resolution Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for IT services at the site align with IT Central standards Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems is required 5+ years of relevant and progressive IT support experience, leading at least 3+ IT subordinates Proven ITIL expertise is required; ITIL certification is a plus Familiarity with ITSM tools (i.e., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.); including CMDB Experience with IT management tools preferred: ServiceNow, SolarWinds, InTune, AutoPilot, etc. Willingness to provide 'on-call' and/or after-hours services as needed Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic) The individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including participation in Catalent-sponsored leadership programs) may be considered in lieu of external experience
