Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1471712 B.C Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
- Set staff work schedules and ensure that the restaurant is adequately staffed at all times.
- Supervise staff and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Manage events and ensure that they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Fast-paced environment with high levels of stress and pressure.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
