About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Silver Time. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Identify, recruit, and train top talent to join our sales team.
  • Authorize Payments: Oversee the authorization of payments by cheque, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Return Merchandise: Authorize the return of merchandise, following established procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for the sales team, ensuring adequate coverage and productivity.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, setting targets, and monitoring performance.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal losses.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash handling and management, ensuring accurate and secure processing.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
