Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Development Team Lead to join our team at 317 Elite Sales Team. As a key member of our web development team, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of talented web designers and developers to create exceptional websites and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of web designers, developers, and other technical professionals to ensure the successful delivery of web development projects.
  • Project Management: Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and growth, and manage workload distribution, project assignments, and resource allocation.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, and communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide technical guidance and support to the team.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain high coding standards, and ensure that all web projects meet or exceed quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in web design, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in web design and development, with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, and previous leadership or team management experience.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
