About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Om India Food Centre Toronto Ltd. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Sales Staff

Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Assign Sales Tasks

Assign sales tasks and duties to team members, ensuring that each team member is working efficiently and effectively.

Hire and Train New Staff

Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff to ensure that our team is equipped to meet the needs of our customers.

Authorize Payments and Returns

Authorize payments by cheque and returns of merchandise, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Establish Work Schedules

Establish work schedules for the sales team, ensuring that each team member is working efficiently and effectively.

Prepare Sales Reports

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Organize Inventory

Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need.

Supervise Office Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our office staff, ensuring that our administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead who has a proven track record of success in sales leadership. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
