Strategic Director, Office of Strategy and Results

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Office of Strategy and Results team. As a key member of our Senior Director Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering our strategic workplan, aligning multiple workstreams to achieve our top organizational priorities.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer & Vice-President, Governance, you will be responsible for providing strategic and transformational leadership to our team, driving strategic planning and reporting functions, project and change management functions, and enterprise risk management framework and enterprise risk register reporting functions.
You will be a strategist who can take a complex idea or initiative from conceptualization to implementation, with a strong track record of success in senior management/leadership roles in a large multi-site organization. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Health, Public Policy or Business Administration is required, supplemented by 15 years' recent, related experience.
