Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans and reports to drive business growth and improvement
- Lead project and change management functions to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives
- Manage the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Enterprise Risk Register to identify and mitigate risks
- Drive innovation through our Ideas: Forward branch of the PHC Innovarium
- Scan across the organization to integrate ideas, projects, and initiatives to advance organizational priorities
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Health, Public Policy or Business Administration
- 15 years' recent, related experience in progressively more complex and senior management/leadership roles in a large multi-site organization
- A competitive salary range of $155,327 to $232,992 per annum depending on experience
