About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Office of Strategy and Results team at Providence Health Care. As a key member of our Senior Director Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering our strategic workplan, aligning multiple workstreams to achieve our top organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and transformational leadership to the Office of Strategy and Results team
  • Develop and deliver strategic plans and reports to support organizational priorities
  • Lead project and change management functions to drive business outcomes
  • Oversee Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Enterprise Risk Register reporting functions
  • Scan across the organization to integrate ideas, projects, and initiatives to advance organizational priorities
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Health, Public Policy, or Business Administration
  • 15 years' recent, related experience in progressively more complex and senior management/leadership roles in a large multi-site organization
