Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Director - Operations and Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the effective management of our resources.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our market position.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all activities are aligned with our strategic objectives and that our resources are utilized effectively.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior managers and directors, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health and stability of our organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers, to ensure their needs are met and that our organization is positioned for success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Skills: Strong strategic planning and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
