Senior Executive Assistant for Educational Leadership

The Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to serve as the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective leadership and fostering parent engagement within our educational community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Superintendent, managing schedules and communications efficiently.
- Facilitate collaboration between the Superintendent and various stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and effective engagement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other essential documents to support decision-making processes.
