Job Summary:

The Senior Lead, Executive Education will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Patient Support Programs (PSPs) that deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role will collaborate with global supply chain teams to develop wholesale distribution strategies for new product launches and manage relationships with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of PSPs to meet customer experience standards
  • Collaborate with global supply chain teams to develop wholesale distribution strategies
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure key performance metrics are met
  • Provide training and education to field staff on PSP services
  • Collaborate with vendors to build data collection platforms and analytical reports
  • Identify and address training, performance, and competency needs of vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong executive presence and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel (greater than 50%) with a valid driver's license
  • MBA or equivalent career experience in life sciences, medicine, or clinical research preferred
  • French language ability an asset
