As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives focused on talent development, organizational performance, and culture. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our HR strategies, attracting and retaining top talent, and driving business success. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies
* Partnering with senior leaders to craft strategies that drive business results
* Engaging as a strategic business partner across all firm groups and service lines
* Championing a performance culture that embodies our values and mission
* Managing multiple tasks and deadlines to keep our HR initiatives on track

Requirements:

* 15+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
* Strong strategic planning and analysis skills
* Proven track record of building and implementing innovative HR strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
