Chief Human Resources Officer - Healthcare

Bileddo Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced human resources leader to oversee the HR department within a prominent healthcare organization.

This esteemed medical center, part of a large and reputable health system, is dedicated to providing exceptional community-based and specialized medical services.

With a capacity of over 400 licensed beds, this not-for-profit institution is fully accredited and has received accolades for its commitment to quality care.

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Collaborate with senior leadership teams, offering expert guidance on HR matters to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  2. Act as a champion for both employees and management, proactively identifying HR needs and aligning them with business goals.
  3. Build strategic partnerships across the HR function to deliver impactful services that support the organization’s objectives.
  4. Engage with the local community, potentially serving on boards to promote the hospital’s positive image.
  5. Lead the development and execution of key HR programs, serving as a resource for various stakeholders.

This role will support a substantial workforce, ensuring effective HR strategies are in place to meet the needs of over 3000 employees or a combination of 2000 employees across multiple entities.

Qualifications:
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications:
  • Valid Driver's License Class C is required.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare human resources is essential.
  • Recent leadership experience in hospital HR is highly desirable.
