About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Manila Janitorial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality cleaning services.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our clients' facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Manila Janitorial, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to work under pressure and make decisions quickly to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean and safe.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding work, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, reliability
