Job Summary

CARELANCE JANITORIAL LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data assembly and report preparation.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
