Janitorial Operations Manager

CARELANCE JANITORIAL LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our cleaning service operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our organization and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, material, and financial resources to support the implementation of organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and organizational abilities.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
