About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Manila Janitorial. Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals who are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Operations Manager at Manila Janitorial, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 staff members and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform physically demanding tasks
