About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at JobCart Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative- On-site St. Catharines, ON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Ontario market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships with small to medium-sized businesses in Ontario.
  • Utilize our platform to provide strategic advertising consultations and capture sales opportunities that align with client goals and needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to increase customer investment and optimize online advertising campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through high-volume outbound calling and proactive outreach.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.
Day-to-Day

As a Sales Representative, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and results. Your day will be filled with:

  • Outbound calling to prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Proactive outreach to engage with advertisers and set up full-value calls.
  • Following up with advertisers to check on their progress and provide support.
  • Participating in trainings, huddles, and coaching sessions to stay informed and improve skills.
  • Conducting research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in upselling and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
