Job Summary

The Administrative Secretary 2 plays a vital role in supporting the Health Care Team at Prairie Mountain Health. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional clerical and administrative support to staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support services to a multi-disciplinary team of health care professionals, ensuring seamless communication and representation of the program to outside agencies.
  • Ensure clients receive courteous, respectful, and efficient service, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to program requirements.
  • Perform a range of clerical duties, including reception, appointment scheduling, mail preparation, and data entry, utilizing electronic record programs and maintaining accurate filing systems.
  • Assist with meeting preparations, take minutes, and distribute as required, while also providing support for Telehealth services and maintaining office supplies.
  • Take the lead in arranging equipment ordering and repair, manage petty cash, and process payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation and balance.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as requested, entering and maintaining payroll schedules for program staff and Managers.
  • Manage workload effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet program demands and reporting urgent matters to appropriate Managers or Directors.

Requirements

This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
