KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Foster a welcoming guest experience through engaging interactions and adherence to service protocols.
  • Provide information and recommendations regarding menu items and various services.
  • Prepare both hot and cold beverages in accordance with established standards.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry within the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and service.
  • Address guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the grab-and-go area, ensuring all surfaces and materials are tidy and organized.
  • Adhere to merchandising, stocking, and storage protocols for grab-and-go items.
  • Be attentive to special requests, including dietary restrictions.
  • Efficiently complete opening, closing, and additional tasks as required.
  • Comply with all food safety regulations and practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a barista role is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and sales aptitude.
  • Capability to multitask while maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
  • Experience in a similar setting is an asset.
  • ProServe certification is required.
