PPC Specialist

We are currently hiring an **experienced PPC Specialist** who knows what it takes to grow an online community and understands how to build and convert a digital audience for a variety of clients and industries (this is also code for never a dull day). This role may be eligible for advancement opportunities within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and adjust bids to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad copy and landing pages.
- Ability to write clear and accurate ad copy as needed
- Develop and execute PPC strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Manage 30-40 PPC accounts and corresponding campaigns across a variety of channels
- Perform keyword research to identify target keywords, analyze performance and adjust bid strategies to optimize exposure (placement, device, geographic, demographic, etc.) (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
- Perform daily account management and review of PPC client accounts
- Budget management, allocate, track and manage budgets effectively across campaigns.
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
- Suggest and/or develop new campaigns to improve CRO
- Create and manage retargeting campaigns
- Dominate keyword selection and audience targeting
- Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients, analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
- Participate in and lead internal production meetings
- Maintain close partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
- Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals and provide updates on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as SEO specialists, content creators, and web developers, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

**Experience / Requirements**
- 3-5 years experience with managing and planning - Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Business is required
- 3-5 years experience managing all channels of Social Media is required
- Post Secondary education in business or marketing is an asset
- Ability to make decisions and take ownership of those decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English
- Analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple PPC Ad accounts simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with time management, marketing agencies and/or productivity software
- In-office working availability option for hybrid upon meeting KPI’s (West Edmonton)
- Google AdWords Certification (mandatory)
- Google Analytics 4 Certification (mandatory)
