We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Noodlebox. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Food Quality and Control
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent employment.
  • 32 to 40 hours per week.
